Your Websites Are Now Mobile Friendly! 12/03/2010
![]() We're happy to announce that all websites made with Weebly are now mobile optimized. When someone visits your website from a mobile device, they are automatically shown the mobile version. The color that appears at the top and bottom of the mobile site is configurable under the "Settings" tab of the editor. Here you can also opt to disable the mobile site from showing altogether. In this case, your mobile visitors would still be shown the regular website. We hope you enjoy these new features! As always, we'd love to hear your feedback in the comments and greatly appreciate your support. We have a number of other cool features to announce soon, so make sure to keep on eye on our blog! 500 comments asking for user logins and memberships for our website viewers. Come onnnnnnnn, please! Love the new features...but probably not the highest priority at the moment.

I've had my Weebly account since April 2009, and I have to say that Weebly is totally beast! Weebly keeps getting better and better. I love it!

I just want weebly to fix what they broke! I can't log in since they've updated and they deleted my profile and unpublished half of my site on top of that they have no record of my email address on file!

I have been riding the "Weebly wave" for some time now and the growth and usability of the "Weebly Web Machine" has been phenomenal. Of course, having a PRO ACCOUNT has its perks! Thanks again Weebly.

Fun, but this is a minor feature. We want major here at my site (click link). I spent hours with image perfect. we want that kind of stuff. And pro user was right, SITE LOGIN!!!! That would work GREAT.

When a YouTube video is embedded in a blog post, it doesn't fit in the mobile website correctly, and it's in the way of the menu!

This is a great new feature, but there's one thing that I think needs to be fixed. "Extra Large" YouTube players trail off of the page and, unlike viewing the full website, there's no way to zoom out to see more of the page. Maybe make all the large YouTube players shrink to fit on the screen on the mobile site.

Thanks for making our sites more mobile-friendly! Just one request, but it's an important one. My site is primarily a blog. The non-blog pages look fine in the mobile view, but the blog page is not at all user-friendly, at least on my phone. The sidebar, where I have search mechanisms and other important info, does not show up at all. Wondering if others have the same concerns with their blog pages?

It's not bad, but I'm unable to navigate the mobile version of my websites (at least on my ancient non-smart cell phone), because the list of pages doesn't show up. There's something that looks like it should be a link at the top, but I'm unable to select it as a link.

A few friends have been trying to convince me to switch over to Weebly for its simplicity, etc & this may just be the tipping point as want to get into mobile in a big way for the future & being a non techie type this sounds very cool and the best part ... easy :)

I'd never heard of Weebly and had run many searches for web editors without seeing it mentioned... then a friend mentioned it in passing and voila! All problems solved after trying a half dozen others. You need higher visibility... too good to overlook! One problem with mobile viewing, once I clicked on the regular view mode I couldn't get back to the mobile view w/o turning off my iPhone and then back on. Maybe a 'return to mobile view' option?

The federal government, after evaluating and analyzing the scene decided to strike at these service providers to force them to work for their clients and help efficiently for maximum relief from their lenders. Over 70 percent ofcheap ugg boots are taking advantage of debt settlement program and using the professional services of debt relief in order to negotiate. Due to its increased market share, the federal government is bringing in new laws to protect theircheap ugg boots.

But what if a mobile user DOESN'T want to see the mobile site, and they just want the normal site? What if some want the mobile site, and some don't? Could they turn it off just for them?

Eventually it would be nice to be able to have control over the mobilization of the site. The mobile version of my site looks awful. Though I may be overlooking something I am not sure how to fix it yet. Any suggestions? I have it turned off right now. Though I would love to be able to turn it back on. Am I missing something?

Connection speed can also frustrate readers. A lot of the time, people are trying to access your site on slow cellular data connections. And despite the attempts by providers to increase capacity, it still feels “slow,” since the more they add, the more we consume.
