New Form Features: Predefined Options & File Uploads!

We just pushed out some new additions to the form element that we think you'll enjoy.

Predefined Options:

When collecting information from your website visitors, you probably want to ask common questions like "How old are you?", "How satisfied are you?", or "Where are you from?".  We added a new feature called "predefined options" that makes asking these questions really easy.  With one click, you can have all the appropriate options added into your form.  We'd hate for you to have to manually type out all 50 state names!

File upload field:

Now you can accept file uploads from your website visitors!  Just drag on the "file upload" field to a form and you can instantly be accepting pictures, documents, or whatever you wish through your website.  Due to the space requirements of accepting a lot of file uploads from your website visitors, we've made this feature available to our pro account members.

Seems like the PRO option is getting more and more interesting. Thank you. I urge everyone wanting to use Weebly for professional use to buy a PRO account. Then we can also make this product last and grow.It's getting better every day.

Have you got the exact steps for how this works? You can't just drag file upload onto a blank page and you can't drag it onto a pre-existing form?

Anyone?

Well, done, Weebly staff. The file upload feature is very exciting. Just as Morton commented, everyone should sign up for the Pro account to help support this organization. Keep it up, Weebly!

Hi todos!
Unfortunatly we can't hire the Pro account because we already pay for another hoster! And as well, unfortunatly the new so cold "predefined option" is available only for Pro account!
Anyway, on our site, we advertise as well for Weebly as for ower hoster!

Hi everyone,

I can't express how valuable a Weebly pro account is to have and the extra amazing things that you can do with it. If you don't have a pro account perhaps it's time to get one. It goes passed just the features for people with designing abilities. Creating up to 10 websites allows you to branch categories separated by sub-domains and make weebly go so much further. Use your imagination.

As usual - great work on these additions, Weebly. However, I would have prefered to see Captcha added. As such, I stuck with using Woofu forms to elimate automated spam through my site.

Great addition of the upload file feature (Now if only I could find it)

For those of you that can't find it (like me), it's 'hiding' on the Contacts form. Once you've added the Contact Form element, it's one of the options you can add :-)

Weebly is doing an incredible job! This is why weebly is simply the best when building a website. I been with weebly since August of last year and I been more than happy with the wonderful service. They keep getting better and better.

It's a petty we have already paid elsewhere for ower domain name! It's so hard to change! Some Pro features for those have already paid elsewhere would be so lovely!

I think the service is fantastic and have been promoting it to my list. You guys make things simple and intuitive. I upgraded to pro and think it is certainly worth the little bit it costs. I can't say enough nice things about Weebly.

Enjoy using weebly pro, could use some more functions to allow another admin to edit pages without giving them total access, using ftp or another editing option.

Great option - but how about extending it to allow the upload of more than one file at a time, for example if someone wants to submit a number of pictures?
