Weebly is of course the best way to build your own website, but now we're piloting a new program that would let a professional design team create your Weebly website for you!  After a quick consultation about what you need on your website, our design partners would go to town, building you a website worthy of an award.  Once you're satisfied, the website would be transferred into your Weebly account so you can update it using the familiar Weebly editor.  

We're looking for a few volunteers who'd like to give this a try, for free.  It's okay if you already have a website -- we can redesign it!  For this pilot test, we're primarily in search of small business owners looking for a more professional website & design.  We're only able to select a few volunteers for this opportunity, but in the future, this service will be available to everyone for a reasonable fee.  Just click the link below to apply, and if selected, our design partners will be in touch with you shortly.  We'd love to hear what you think in the comments.

Update 10/12: We have received an overwhelming number of volunteers and do not need more at the moment.  Thank you!

Update 10/28: We've contacted the handful of people selected for this pilot test.  We had so many great candidates and unfortunately can't build everyone a free site -- I wish we could!  Thank you to everyone who applied!  We will make a future blog post to announce when the custom built website service is available.

You're doing what I'm doing, except I just pinpointed one company that had good moral fiber, and felt worthy of the favor. Now, I have businesses here locally offering to pay me cash up front for me to do the same for them. Smart way to create work in an economy where work is hard to find. Best of luck you guys! I already created my first site on Weebly whith more than 800 pics, no problem! Although i live on an other continent,it works well all the time. It's alreaddy a wonderfull result. Adding a nice heather and a introduction movie to would be my next desire.

I'll be publishing this website this week, but I would love to have Weebly select it to refine into a more professional site, not necessarily before the publishing date I have set for this week, but when your design team is ready to give it a 'make over'. I have a few limitations regarding graphic content that perhaps you could assist with while maintaining the integrity of the design concept that I have begun as it is an essential refelection of our sense of 'place' (of our geographical and historical and indeed philosophical origin). In short, there is intent in the very simple graphics/color scheme...
That said, I hope our site is selected for the professional 'Weebly ' touch!

it's sopose to have all sorts of odd stuff, while maintaining family entertainment criteria and it will be promoted with a live tv show from blogtv.com or other as well as linking and other promotions

Cool, I just purchased a domain name through weebly. I desperately need a storytellers cute style sheet, none of the ones weebly currently have will allow me to create content the way I need. The current style sheets will not hold my heading as I want it to read.

Hello,

I find this a great opportunity to have a good site, but I am not sure if what I want is possible.
In fact, I would like to have a weebly website for a local web based radio station, i.e. radio station that would run only through that website.

Hi!

I was just talking about you guys today! My son runs for his cross country team and I make videos of the runners, and such. Parents are having mixed reviews over the facebook page that was set up for them. I would love to have a site for them to link up to it, have there own password protection and be able to enjoy pics, videos, comments (moderated), perhaps uploading there own? It would need some kind of guidance, and have the ability to portrait different divisions and such.

Great Job on everything else... If I am not picked, I just want to let you know this is one of the easiest site builders, that's why I was talking about it today!

could it be possible for weebly to make others that did not make your website be able to join, and for the people that made their website to ad links to their pictures and HTML codes and stuff like that if you have adoptables and stuff.

Also, if you have something that lots of people would be willing to donate to it there should be a donations box that if they donate you can put your address without them being able to see where you live.

Every once in a while (every other week, I believe) I have to visit my psychologist. When I showed her my website,

she mentioned an interesting thing about the website she had:

"My website was professionally designed by Microsoft, but I actually like yours better!"

We laughed a bit, but I think it may be true - maybe sometimes making it with the Weebly editor IS better than doing all the coding! Ha, ha, ha!

I'd choose weeble over wordpress!!!

I love weebly using it for our single property websites in our real estate business. I've researched themes in wordpress and still have not found anything I like better. I will have to purchse a few pro accounts to keep up with our homes, but it's worth it. PLEASE consider me for this project. We'd LOVE to have a custom branded template to use for our property sites. What a great application. I am directing all potential clients to weebly.com, as many people are coming to me wanting websites for just $500 or less. Many are coming back wanting an intial set-up on Weebly, a walk-through, and then letting them handle everything from that point forward. Have you thought about setting up training seminars at local area headquarters? You could have professionals help people with basics on setting up a slideshow and a shopping cart, etc... Thanks.

I'm about to purchase a domain name for my site from weebly. Although, I was wondering if I could get someone to take a look at my site and wanted to play around with it to make it look more professional. I did the current by myself but I was wondering if anyone wanted to adjust things and make it look pro. I'm trying to establish a site for my region to look and check at. Also if anyone would like to make a prompt one so I could see if I would convert I'd be more than happy to check it out.

An all weather site:
a.) Examples like accuweather or intellicast. Something where I can take all my current info and putting it into a format like the following above.

Dark coloring but easy to read
I basically need a "couples looking for" web page that i can add different elements to as far as what types of people they are interested in height, build, race, etc.
I also will have ads for different sales and such
