Justin has been working on a new set of themes, and we've just released seven of them into the wild! (You can view a larger version by clicking on the preview).

Favicon customization

We've also just released a new feature for Weebly Pro users: the ability to customize your favicon (that little icon that shows up in the address bar). You can now upload a favicon in the "Settings" tab in the Weebly editor!

Along with the new themes and features, we've pushed a set of bug fixes and speed improvements, so the Weebly editor should now be even faster!

Maintenance notification

Finally, we've set up a weeblystatus Jaiku page, where you can go to get updates and maintenance notification. You can even get an RSS feed of our status notifications.

We're working on some very exciting new features that we'll be releasing soon, so stay posted! Thanks again to all Weebly users for making great sites with Weebly -- we'll continue working hard to make Weebly better, faster and more powerful for you!

These are great, can you try some neon, city lights, gaudy things soon as well? My style is contemporary and slightly retro, and I have yet to find some flashy themes on weebly. Hope they are coming soon!

Yes weebly well done, more themes and a favicon, I had a HTML script that did this, but it had to be put on each page- So well done!

Love, love , love my new layout. The old one just wasn't working for me. I have an Amazon store, and the landing page doesn't fit into most of the layouts. But I tried one of the new ones today and it works and looks SO MUCH BETTER, than the layout I had before . Thanks a bunch!

Very nice new "Theme" pages. Now... if there were only a way for me to adapt one of these to replace my existing theme without having to start from scratch, it would really be nice. I have too much time invested, and pictures and sound uploaded to make it worth while to do it ALL OVER AGAIN!

I really like the site it helped be build my own site easily. Now my business looks more professional. I do think that you should have alot more options for people that dont have pro, but i will be getting it next week to try and use.

The favicon is a GREAT new feature for pro users--I've been waiting for that one for a while. Thanks!

However, I've uploaded the custom favicon (a favicon.ico file) and re-published the site, but it still doesn't come up in Internet Explorer after several reloads. Maybe my work computer is just being fussy?

The themes are great and I have one that works but I was thinking it would be cool if you came up with a camouflage theme or a military theme for sites that are ment to support the troops ofr have info on the military, like mine. Other than that this is great.

I started out with your basic service and decided to pay your modest monthly fee in order to upgrade to “Pro.” Pro allows me to send prospective employers a password with which enables access to my resume and personal reference sheet.

I encourage every person looking for employment to promote themselves as they are their own “brand.”

Great job Guys!!!! So far setting up our family website has been a blast!When we are finished creating our family website, we will be upgrading to Pro, but I would like to see more for family styled themes. Such as virtual family trees or places to put photos all over the page that are faded into the background ( if thats available already can someone tell me how to do it)

A new Weebly person here and I just wanted to say many thanks for a great resource of website design. Out of all website design sites I have used, yours is the best. At the moment, my website is under construction, but it will be launched very soon. The CSS page is easy to use.. I don't know a lot about CSS but do know how to change colours etc so that does help - A LOT!

great additions. suggestion though for future skins. how about one with left hand menu that has sub-menus, that expand and collapse. also a site that has a left hand menu with additional narrow top banner, space so one can have all the options of including left menu with expandable/collapsible sub-menus and a narrower space at the top that allows for addition of ones own banner (Header image). There are a number of templates that have header images but they are either too big, or none that allow for multiple menus that look clean, at the top of the page under the header image. so how about smaller header image choices, and left hand menus with sub-menus too.

I think weebly has enough themes and so on for the current time, weebly should focus on new features now rather than keep adding to the themes libary, after all you can now basically script your own website!
