New themes released and 1M users!

12/12/2008

We've just released a whole new set of themes! Justin has been working on these for a couple weeks now, making sure that everything is working smoothly, and we're happy to finally be able to bring them to you.

These new themes include some general purpose designs, as well as themes geared towards wedding and education websites.

While we never made an official announcement on our blog, we just recently passed 1 million registered users! (The picture to the left was taken from the dashboard at our office as it happened)

Thanks again to everyone who uses Weebly, and especially those users who have signed up for Weebly Pro or purchased a domain. We really appreciate your support and are working every day to make Weebly better for you.

We have some exciting plans for Weebly in the weeks and months ahead. Thanks again for all of the great feedback you've been sending our way -- as always, keep it coming!

Guys its been a journey to set this up....I guess now is how do you improve? Can I suggest how you can get to 2 Mil? A little flash,Date,automated reply options with database features, youtube style features such as viewer location review....Im no high tech geek, but Im guessing that just a few of these features could enhance what is obviously already a major advancment in internet website building....love ya work!

Possibly one of the best online website creators ever; Weebly. You guys have a lot to offer, and an option to upgrade to pro or keep it free. Which is a big plus. I like switching between the drag and drop interface and my own html. When I'm in a hurry just drag and drop. :]

Fellow Weebly Users,

It would be safe to say that some of us want to increase the traffic into our websites. With a million registered users, I believe that there is a way we can help each other increase traffic, through some form of coordinated networking. I believe that some of us might even be able to develop real business relationships.

As a way of being proactive, I thought to post a comment on the issue. If you have any suggestions, you can simply respond to this blog post with the first word of your comment being "TRAFFIC", similar to this post.

Fellow Weebly members, let us put our minds together. I seriously believe that we can create a solution beneficial those of us who seek to increase the traffic to our respective sites. Thank you so much. I along with eight friends started a non-profit and this website has done so much fro our organization that you would never believe. By it being easy to use we built a site that is easy to navigate, and looks great if I do say so myself.

Coolio....First time Checkin' out the blog sorryz 'bout that. I mainly use the website incase My comp shall fail me and delete everything (again!). I write as if People are actually going to read it though even though I have never gotten over 12 people to view it...Yeah... Agreed with above, and most of the spammers aren't even posting anything relevant to the blog...who will read their stuff? And if backlink is what they want, at least use it responsibly, just once, and put the anchor text in the name field and that's it. putting it in the comment section 100s of times does absolutely nothing but clutter up this post!
